Appointments
Appointments can be requested through our website, by telephone, email or other approved contact methods.
Appointment requests are confirmed directly by Pentland Podiatry and are not considered confirmed until you receive confirmation from us.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rearranged.Submitting an appointment request does not create a confirmed appointment. We will contact you to discuss availability and confirm a suitable appointment time.
Fees & Payment
Current fees are displayed on our website.
Payment is due at the end of your appointment unless agreed otherwise in advance.
Pentland Podiatry reserves the right to review and update fees periodically.
Cancellations & Missed Appointments
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice where possible.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee.
We understand that emergencies occur, and each situation will be considered fairly.

Suitable access and a safe environment should be provided to allow treatment to be carried out safely.
Where appropriate, Pentland Podiatry reserves the right to rearrange or decline a home visit if safe treatment cannot be provided.
Limitation of Liability
Pentland Podiatry provides treatment in accordance with current professional standards and clinical judgement.
While every effort is made to achieve the best possible outcome, no treatment can guarantee a particular result.
Nothing within these Terms & Conditions limits any rights that patients have under UK law.
